I am a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) and have an MBA in Human Resources with 19+ years of work experience. 10 years in human development, strategic planning, set up, culture building, and transformation at work place in all sectors, with major focus on non-profits, non-government organizations viz: Education, Women Empowerment, Heath care, Specially-abled (people with Disability) and others. My work includes setting up programs nationwide, strategic planning and reporting systems of the project, trainings conducted at multiple levels viz: management of different organizations, youth, faculty of colleges/universities, beneficiaries of projects and groups of individuals, stakeholder meetings and collaborations.
